We last saw Purple Zeppelin nine years ago at Dartford's Orchard Theatre, consequently going on to deservedly win our 2015 WRC Best Tribute award, so when we finally caught up with the guys in July, our glowing review poised the question "Who's to say that Purple Zeppelin will not win back that award this year?", and lo and behold today, on John Paul Jones' 79th birthday, the guys have duly gone and done it, so check out today's 'Since You Been Gone/Smoke On The Water' purple hazed Video Of The Day, filmed that very same Summer night.
