Iron Maiden's 'The Book Of Souls Tour' European leg finished this weekend as Ed Force One landed in London with two sold-out shows, last night and tonight, at the O2 Arena. Unsurprisingly the set last night was the same as we saw at Download 2016 - comprising predominantly of the new - opening with both 'If Eternity Should Fail' and 'Speed Of Light' from the excellent 'The Book Of Souls' - and the old - 'Children Of The Damned', 'The Trooper' and 'Iron Maiden' (with Eddie thrown in for good measure). 'The Number Of The Beast' and 'Wasted Years' concluded the evening before 'Always Look On The Bright Side Of Life' sent the crowd home happy. The band now flies to the U.S.A for an extensive series of arena and amphitheatre shows including dates in Canada, ending with two nights in Brooklyn, New York, on 21st and 22nd July.
